Pestiños – Xauen pastries andalusí delicatessen

Pestiños are a kind of honey fritters that are presented with a rhomboid shape and some times even decorated with toppings. It is a sweet, soft and addicting texture and flavor that will have you craving for more.

Made in Vejer de la Frontera, in Cadiz, Southern Spain, where the Domínguez sisters bake delicious andalusí pastries.
