The amarguillos are one of the most traditional sweets of Medina. It is a dough made with bitter almond and sugar, mixed with a sweet potato dough. This is then baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

Almonds, sugar, eggs, sweet potato cream, flour and almond essence.
