Produced in the Salina de San Vicente (San Vicente saltworks). Artisanal collection under the sunset of the Bay of Cádiz, Southern Spain.

Fleur de sal is also known as Flower of Salt or Flor de Sal.

Since 1825, the salt mine of San Fernando is a salt producer in the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. We follow the same processes as the ancient Phoenicians and Romans, the builders of our salt works. “Flor de sal” was called by the ancient Romans who used it as a fine salt on their meals.
