Casa Guerrero’s bizcochadas are crunchy aniseed cakes, inside which we find sponge cake crumbs.

The origins of Casa Guerrero go back to 1947, when Mr. Juan Guerrero Ibáñez and his wife opened a small shop in Calle Ancha, where they sold milk and homemade sweets such as cakes, sponge cakes and muffins that Mr. Juan, thanks to his knowledge as a Master Confectioner, made in a small oven.
