This wine from Tierras Albarizas de Trebujena is made from Palomino and a group of native varieties that have practically disappeared, called “Vidueño” in the Jerez area, which gives a distinctive touch to this quiet white wine, where we can find unknown varieties such as Perruno de Arcos, Barcelones, Mantua de Pilas, Uva beba, etc.
It is a wine designed to accompany fish, especially tuna.
