Doña Casilda cheese comes 100% from goats from the Sierra de Cádiz.
Semi-cured cheese (made from pasteurised milk and matured for 150 days).
This is a signature cheese and dairy products of supreme quality.
Excellent cheeses are obtained from the milk of the goats of the Sierra de Cádiz, which they graze, and from the expert hands of the master cheesemakers responsible for their transformation.
The goats are of the Murcian-Granadine breed.
The milk supplier is AGRAZUL, owned by Francisco Riveriego Benítez and his family.
It is a farm with more than 8000 m2 of facilities and 80 hectares of extension with a capacity to house 2,500 herds of goats.
Located in the Dehesa El Palmitoso estate in the municipality of Alcalá de Los Gazules.
