Rosemary cured raw milk cheese – El Bucarito 450g
This cured cheese in Rosemary is an artisan cheese cured in raw goat’s milk made by El Bucarito. It has a more intense flavour than pasteurised cheeses. The rosemary coating enriches its aroma and flavour.
Keep between 1 and 6º C.
Maturing: Minimum of 2 months in the cellar + 1 month wrapped in rosemary.
Ingredients: Raw goat’s milk, lactic ferments, animal rennet, salt, Iberian lard, rosemary.
