Sobrina de las Trejas Candy “Rocks” are made of roasted almond sticks, caramelised with honey and covered with dark chocolate.

The Sobrina de las Trejas bakery was founded in 1852 by the Trejo sisters. It is now owned by the fifth and sixth generation of the family. Its production is based on the use of artisan methods and the best natural ingredients.
In addition, the bakery is a reference in the creation of the typical sweets of Medina Sidonia where the confectionery is located. Among these sweets are amarguillos, tortas pardas and alfajores, sweets of Arab tradition.
