Buleria Cheese of Raw´s goat milk- Marimorena

Sultan cheese is elaborated with raw goat milk and spicy paprika, and its matured for a minimum of 60 days (between two and trhee monts). Many of these cheeses are gluten free. Marimorena uses Andalusian goats that are carefully raised to maximize flavor and odor, typical of this race of goats. This flavor comes from a town in the south of Cádiz, El Torno.
