Description
Spanish cheese Columela Caseus Libum
Spanish cheese Columela Caseus Libum is a type of payoya goat (type of goat breed) cheese with an injection of honey wine. This kind of ecologic cheese has needed several months to be made. It has also the special injection of one of the best ancient wines, Mulsum; which have been rebuilt by the archaeologists and winemakers from Baetica Columela, a wine from the roman hispania.
This type of cheese can be sold in two wedges of Columela Caseus Libum (900 gr) or in a single wedge (450gr)
This cheese has been made to recover the flavors of the ancient Rome, and it combines the millenial recipe which the Archeagastronomy (project from the university of Cadiz to recover ancient Rome products) is elaborating.
