Oleum Viride. Extra virgin olive oil from the Sierra de Cadiz, made from olives harvested in steep olive groves where the olives are still picked by hand using the traditional beating technique. These olive groves are located in mountainous areas within a Natural Park, which allows the oil to fully capture the essence of the environment in terms of aroma, colour and flavour.
