This spanish butter bean comes from Salamanca and León. It is as white bean, with an oval shape almost round and a small size. Its flavor is quite delicate and a buttery texture. It is also very digestive and quick to make. Keep away from day light. It is also recommendable to consume it before the first 18 months.

It may contain cereal traces with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products. Its cooking is similar to rice: approximately for 20 minutes.
