“Un Gin Tonic para comérselo”
Handmade from the traditional Gin Tonic.
Ingredients: tonic, gin, sugar, spices (pink pepper, juniper and cardamom) and agar-agar.
Alcohol content: 1.8%.
You can pair your Gin-Tonic marmalade with savoury snacks or combine it in canapés with salmon, foie gras or even add a teaspoonful to your Gin-Tonic for added flavour. The contrast of citrus flavours, with the typical bitterness of gin, but with its sweet touch as a good jam that is, will be a real explosion in the mouth that will leave you speechless.
Due to the high fruit content after packaging, it undergoes a pasteurisation process to guarantee the preservation of all its properties.
It can be kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place (away from direct sunlight). Once opened, keep in the fridge.
The artisan products of “La Molienda Verde” are preserved without chemical additives (preservatives, colourings, etc.) in their production process and, therefore, they are made in a natural way.
