This beer of second fermentation elaborated in Puerto Real. It has a long period of maturation with sugar elaborated by La Piñonera themselves. It has a caramel toasting and with a liquor-like flavor.

Its abassy style means that that this beer is inspired in the model that were historically produced in Belgium monasteries.
