To better understand chestnut cream, it is necessary to know a little about “La Molienda Verde”. It has been more than 20 years since this small ASSOCIATED WORK COOPERATIVE, currently made up of 4 people, began and continues to develop this agri-food project.
All of them have started a process of professional recycling and permanent training to learn the knowledge and techniques related to the three main areas of work that give meaning to this experience: food production, marketing and management.
Today, they define themselves as a group of people united by a single idea: the care and cultivation of the Earth, quality for your table and the preservation of your health.
