Olive oil soap

Olive oil soap has been used for thousands of centuries due to its properties and its easy production.

In the beginning, olive soap was mixed with a kind of sand for body cleaning, but after the fall of the Roman Empire, the formula was perfected until it became what we know as “Aleppo Soap”, which is still used today as it consists of a cleaning agent based on olive oil, just like current soaps.

The reason why this type of soap is used is because as well as helping to cleanse the body, it has nutrients and antioxidants that help to care for the skin, unlike other soaps made with refined oils.

This product has many different properties, among which we can highlight the following:

• It is antioxidant and revitalising.
• It nourishes and protects the skin thanks to its natural fat content.
• It contains a high content of vitamin E.
• It is especially suitable for sensitive skins or skins with defects as it is not very aggressive.
