HIGUERON red wine has its origin in Setenil de las Bodegas, where Syrah and Cabernet souvignon grapes are grown to produce this fresh wine which has a very fruity flavour.

The elaboration process followed to produce it is that of a spontaneous fermentation with intensively controlled temperatures while it is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 6 months.
