INGREDIENTS: Ginger 900 mg, apple 380 mg, rose hip 260 mg, lemon verbena 200 mg, hibiscus 200 mg, lemon 50 mg, lemon smell 10mg.

It is recommendable heating it at 203 ºF for five minutes.
