This Spanish Olive Oil- Olivar Sierra de Cádiz is extracted from the native variety Lechin, wisely mixed with Manzanillo, verdial and alameño olives, among others. It comes from the la Sierra de Cadiz, where the olive tree is cared with a deep respect for the environment. Its olives are selected based in his matured and sanitary state.

It is a 5l bottle of Sierra de Cádiz Denomination of Origin Oil, produced under cold extraction. As it is developed under certain thermal conditions, the smell and taste of a real juice is never altered.

The privileged geographical location in which these olive trees are found not only translates into an extra virgin of the highest quality but also has very high levels of phenolic compounds, which determine the healthy properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
