Wakame is a kind of edible seaweed that grows in Japan and Korea. Porto Muiños wakame is cultivated in Galicia, in the north of Spain.
Wakame seaweed is low in calories and fats but high in many nutrients that are vital to our health.
This seaweed is used to prepare (among other recipes) wakame salad which is super tasty. In addition, it has a high content in:

- Iodine
- Manganese

- Sodium
- Magnesium
- Calcium
Once opened, store in a fresh and dry place.
