Oxygarum Sea Vinegar 250ml
Sea vinegar obtained from the Roman sauce garum and Jerez vinegar.
This blue fish sauce, oxygarum, is made inspired in recipes from the Roman period. It adds a typical sea flavour which makes your dishes tastier.
Ingredients: Garum sauce [anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus), spices (orégano, black pepper, romero, tomillo), sea salt] and Jerez vinegar.
