Semi-cured goat and sheep cheese. Pajarete 450g
Pasteurised cheese (sheep and goat – 60/40) with an ageing of 4 months
To produce these cheeses, goats and sheep graze at Finca La Lapa. There are 1,300 sheep and 400 goats of an autochthonous breed, well known for the intense flavour of their milk.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep and goat milk, salt, rennet, calcium chloride and lactic ferments.
Best kept in the fridge between 2 and 5ºC.
Once the container is opened, do not use it again to wrap the cheese. Remove from the refrigerator one hour before consuming.
